Here’s the second pink retrorib sock with nothing left to knit but the toe! I just may finish this one up today. I worked on it a bit at the orthodontist’s office and then again at tutoring. Daniel had a wire pop out of his braces yesterday so I had to pick him up from school early and dash over to the office so they could replace it. They ended up putting in a thicker wire since this is the second time that one has popped out so he’s got sore teeth all over again.

I haven’t been able to read the past several days, it sounds like you have been VERY busy! I love the pink socks- what yarn did you use? I would like to try out that pattern, it seems do-able enough for me.
Is that dress you are making a batik print? It looks like the same fabric I used to make my Easter skirt with!
Have a great day!

Where to begin? Ditto what Patti said about you being very busy! How cool that you got to help with the sheep shearing! My fiber-friend who has sheep just offered me a fleece or 2 when they shear their sheep. That museum sounds neat and you got to demo spinning too-wowza! Go Julie! Love the new glasses and that dress is gorgeous! My younger daughter would go crazy over your fun pink socks!
