Thanks Secret Pal! Simple Socks has been on my wishlist for a long time now and I’m so glad to finally have it! It’s a fantastic reference book. I’d never had a really good close look at Sensational Knitted Socks but I really like Charlene Schurch’s Hat’s On and I’d browsed it briefly at the LYS. Boy is that a nice reference too! I’ve got everything I need now to create endless sock patterns if I like. I can’t wait to sit down and really look through these.

Meanwhile, the garden is growing like mad and new plants are coming into bloom every day.
