We don’t usually head out to shop on Black Friday but this year we decided to give it a try. We weren’t so gung ho as to try to be there for the 5 AM opening but instead headed on over a little before 8 and stopped in a Starbucks for something warm to drink before hitting the shops. We were there in plenty of time for some very nice deals and I made heavy progress on my shopping list so that I’ve got only a few small items left to look for. We headed out of there around ten just as it was turning into a sardine tin atmosphere. I have to say, it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting.
