I spent most of yesterday finishing up last January’s job of sewing covers for the Christmas china. I’d worked on it off and on all year but when Christmas came around and the covers still weren’t finished I decided to simplify my designs and get the job done pronto. I’d finished about half the covers so what remained to be done was covers for 8 soup bowls, 8 cups, 8 saucers, 3 large serving bowls, 3 small serving dishes and 2 candlesticks.
