This was my view for the day yesterday with my self-appointed nursemaid. She often followed me when I got up and resumed her post when I sat down. Jason made a grocery run before he went to work and brought home things I could eat with a sore throat. Chris went out for more ice for the icepack later in the day and picked up Daniel from school for me.

I hope the recovery is swift, Julie.

Hope you’re recovering nicely. Don’t you wish that she really could have gotten you things? Rufus is a lousy nurse, he’s always looking at us as if he’s thinking “Aw, you don’t feel well? Too bad. Can we go for a walk now?”

I hope you’re feeling much better soon!

Cats are great nursemaids. They always seem to know when you need a snuggle. Plus, I have read that the sound frequency of purrs actually boosts healing!
Hope you are well enough this weekend to enjoy the holiday

What good company. Cats are great when you are ill. Hope you are recovering quickly – don’t do too much too soon! Take it easy while you can.

Good thing you’ve got a cat … a dog would just look at you and wonder why you’d rather sit on the couch than play fetch

Glad your doing well and that you have such a cute nurse at your beck and call!
