Gwen is supervising the cutting out of the parts for the rest of the costume. The pants were fitted yesterday and look like they are turning out quite nicely. I’m quite pleased about that as I’ve always been sort of jinxed when it comes to sewing pants (which is why I went with the super basic scrubs pattern for the pants).

You and me both. What I wouldn’t give for a great fitting pair of pants and goodness knows my sewing skills aren’t up for the task. Maybe though some easy ones with an elastic waist band. Comfy and practical.
