365.084 3/25/2010010013A few days ago I found a really heavy package waiting for me at the post office and couldn’t imagine what was in it. When I got home, I was delighted to find it contained a copy of “The Bread Baker’s Apprentice“.  We were just finishing up the multi-grain bread I’d made so it was perfect timing to try something new. This is anadama bread which has cornmeal and molasses in it yet it’s not sweet. I’ve never eaten it before and the recipe says it’s a local bread that originated in Massachusetts.  I look forward to trying many new bread recipes and have already learned a lot from this book.
