Yesterday I gave the English muffin recipes from “The Bread Baker’s Apprentice” a shot. They turned out fairly well but a little small for Jason’s breakfast sandwich. This was a double recipe. Next time I make them I’ll 8 instead of 12 and let them rise awhile longer.

In the evening while we watched Foyle’s War on the DVR Gwen made a rare lap visit.
