Yesterday I made another kirigami card, a hummingbird this time. I had two new X-acto knives to try, a very thin one and a larger one. These take a little getting used to but I think they give better results than the scissors did. I also tested glue this time but I think the double sticky tape looks better. The one thing missing from the directions is how best to fold it up for mailing so that it will unfold properly on arrival.
