With excellent beach weather predicted Jason and I went out to Ipswich yesterday where we had a delicious lunch before going on to Cranes Beach.

Both kites went right up with no trouble at all. Jason’s kite is a q-box and seems more fiddly to fly but that might be due to the shorter string.

Both kites had a bit of a swim but neither one was damaged.

On the way home we stopped and picked 20 pounds of apples. Applesauce with pork chops for dinner was delicious!
