I stalled out on this piece for awhile because I was trying to start with the light blue. It’s difficult to count such long expanses of a single color accurately but after the flurry of activity for the WI S&W was over I pulled it back out. Once I realized I needed to start with smaller patches of color it began to move along very nicely. I’m working on the apple trees at the moment. Bands of sunflowers will go in between  the trees (that gap in the blue will be one of those).
