The maples are done in our yard and now it’s the oaks with their deep dark reds showing off their fall colors.

A week of warm wet weather has helped the clover we planted to set it’s first true leaves. Hopefully it will be well established enough to survive the winter so that the hill out back will no longer be bare.

The Christmas cactus is still happily blooming away and Gwen is thrilled that the heat is one so she can camp out on her pre-warmed bed.
